As a school counselor for 22 years, with experience in business and in the non-profit world, I have found many similarities among the needs of people and organizations.  My intention is to provide you with viable options, and help you find resources to ensure your success!  It is there waiting for you!

What We Do

My license plate states:  'NURTURE Kids First'. We have parented our children with the only tools we have had whether they were great examples of parenting - or not!  We may be determined to function 180 degrees differently. If our own young life was not nurtured or disciplined optimially, we must learn to parent and nurture ourselves. I have learned SO much, and have found a number of concepts and strategies that have proven to be extremely beneficial. My intention is to share this information with those who are interested and ready to make changes. The work can positively impact anyone in any setting, and has proven to be amazingly successful for many families, schools, and organizations.  I would LOVE to tell you more!
